| What makes us unique?
This course is taught with a practical approach to food protection, with real-life experiences shared by the instructor and classmates alike, injected with a good deal of common sense, a little bit of humor, in the most "user-friendly" way possible. We have been achieving a 97% pass rate for the SERVSAFE exam, among persons for whom English is a primary language, and 81% overall. Any person who does not pass the exam on the 1st try is invited to sit in on any additional classes and retake the SERVSAFE exam (for the additional cost of the exam.) Remember, your goal is to take the ServSafe class, become knowledgeable about the Massachusetts State Food Code’s sanitation and food protection principles, and pass the food safety certification exam.
