Finally... Eastern Mass Food Safety offers the nationally recognized ServSafe training program and examination, in a comprehensive one-day class, or it may be taken in two parts if preferred. This program is accepted by state and local health departments for those who need food safety certification in food protection methods, as outlined by state law. We also offer an Online Food Safety course, that will allow you to study at your own pace, and take a nationally approved Certification exam at a location convenient to you. AND although many people's eyes glaze over when they think about foodborne illnesses, or bacteria, or sanitation techniques, this material does not have to be dry to be learned and to achieve your food safety certification...
